Privacy Policy

Special Statement: This platform provides only virtual cloud mining services (no physical mining equipment or real mining operations). All user information collected and processed by the platform is exclusively for supporting virtual mining service operations (such as algorithm-simulated computing power allocation, virtual income calculation, and account security management). The platform does not collect, store, or process any information related to "real physical mining" (including but not limited to physical mining equipment parameters, power consumption data, site location information, hardware maintenance records, etc.). Please read this policy carefully to understand how we protect your privacy in the context of virtual cloud mining services.

Article 1: Acceptance and Application Scope

1. By registering an account or using the virtual cloud mining services provided by BitBoost (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy. This Policy is an integral part of the Platform’s User Agreement.

2. This Policy applies to all virtual cloud mining-related services provided by the Platform, including but not limited to account registration, virtual mining machine purchase, virtual income query, withdrawal, and advertising compensation participation. It does not apply to third-party services linked through the Platform (such as third-party payment tools, social media sharing), whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

3. The Platform’s virtual cloud mining services are algorithm-simulated and unrelated to real physical mining. The information we collect will never be used for real physical mining operations or related asset management.

Article 2: Types of Information We Collect

To provide and optimize virtual cloud mining services, we collect the following types of information, none of which is related to real physical mining equipment or operations:

#2.1 Information You Voluntarily Provide

1. Account Registration Information: When creating an account, you may need to provide a mobile phone number, email address, and password. This information is used to verify your identity, log in to your account, and send service notifications (such as virtual income updates, account security alerts).

2. Transaction and Withdrawal Information: When purchasing virtual mining machines or withdrawing virtual income, you may need to provide payment account details (such as third-party payment platform accounts) or virtual asset wallet addresses. This information is only used to complete virtual transactions and fund transfers related to virtual mining services.

3. User-Provided Preference Information: When you fill in personal preferences (such as virtual mining plan preferences, notification settings) or contact customer support, the information you actively provide (such as feedback content) will be collected to improve service quality.

#2.2 Information Automatically Collected

1. Device and Log Information: When you access the Platform, we automatically collect device-related information (such as device model, operating system, browser type, IP address) and service usage logs (such as access time, page views, virtual mining machine operation records). This information is used to ensure service stability, optimize virtual mining algorithm operation, and detect abnormal account activities (not for monitoring or managing real physical mining equipment).

2. Virtual Service Usage Data: Data generated during your use of virtual cloud mining services, such as virtual mining machine model, purchase time, virtual computing power status, virtual income records, and advertising compensation participation history. This data is used to calculate virtual income, update virtual service status, and improve the simulation effect of virtual mining algorithms.

3. Location Information (Optional): With your permission, we may collect approximate location information (based on IP address) to comply with regional service regulations and optimize access speed. We will never use this information to deploy or manage real physical mining equipment.

Article 3: Purpose of Information Use

We strictly use the collected information for the following purposes related to virtual cloud mining services, and will never use it for real physical mining or related business activities:

1. To provide virtual cloud mining core services: Verify user identity, process virtual mining machine purchases, calculate and distribute virtual income, and support virtual asset withdrawal.

2. To optimize service quality: Analyze user behavior data of virtual mining services (such as virtual computing power usage efficiency, advertising compensation participation frequency) to adjust virtual algorithms, improve service stability, and enhance user experience in virtual mining scenarios.

3. To ensure account and transaction security: Detect and prevent fraudulent activities, account theft, and abnormal transactions in virtual mining services, and protect your virtual assets and account security.

4. To send service notifications: Inform you of virtual mining service updates (such as adjustments to virtual wear-and-tear rules), virtual income arrivals, account security reminders, and other important information. You can opt out of non-essential notifications through account settings.

5. To comply with legal obligations: Respond to legal inquiries, enforce legal agreements, or comply with applicable laws and regulations. This does not involve providing information for real physical mining-related legal matters.

Article 4: How We Protect Your Information

We take strict technical and management measures to protect the security of your information, especially data related to virtual cloud mining accounts and virtual assets, with the following safeguards:

1. Data Encryption: Sensitive information (such as passwords, wallet addresses) is encrypted during transmission (via SSL/TLS protocols) and storage (via encrypted databases). Only authorized personnel can access this information for legitimate service purposes.

2. Access Control: We set strict access permissions for user information. Employees can only access necessary information to perform their duties, and are required to comply with confidentiality obligations. Violations will result in legal liability.

3. Security Monitoring and Prevention: We use security technologies (such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems) to monitor and prevent unauthorized access, data leakage, or tampering. Regular security audits and vulnerability scans are conducted to ensure the safety of virtual mining service systems.

4. Virtual Data Isolation: User information related to virtual cloud mining is stored separately from any third-party data, especially data unrelated to real physical mining. We will never share or transfer your information for real physical mining operations.

Please note: No data transmission or storage method is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your privacy, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your account password and avoiding unauthorized access to your account.

Article 5: Information Sharing and Disclosure

We will never share, rent, or sell your personal information to third parties for real physical mining purposes. Under the following circumstances, we may share your information in compliance with laws and regulations or to protect legitimate interests:

1. With Your Explicit Consent: We will share your information with third parties only if you actively agree (such as sharing virtual mining achievement information to social media with your permission).

2. Third-Party Service Providers: We may entrust third-party service providers to assist in providing virtual cloud mining-related services (such as payment processing, server maintenance, customer support). These third parties are required to comply with this Privacy Policy and relevant laws, and are prohibited from using your information for any other purposes unrelated to virtual mining services.

3. Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government regulatory authority, or to protect the Platform’s legal rights, user safety, or public interests.

4. Business Transfer: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer involving the Platform’s virtual cloud mining business, your information may be transferred to the successor entity, which will continue to comply with this Policy to protect your privacy.
